RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R20 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 177698 Cape Town at Mowbray in relation to the unauthorised building work within the Mowbray Rosebank Heritage Protection Overlay Zone and non-compliance with a condition of planning approval relating to dropping of the kerb at the pedestrian crossing north of the Osborne/ Main Road intersection as shown on the plans in Annexure B1.
