RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for subdivision of Remainder Cape Farm 948, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/69/948(L1), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for the rezoning of Portion A of Remainder Cape Farm 948, from Open Space Zone 2 to Subdivisional Area (to permit 3 Single Residential Zone 1 and 1 Open Space Zone 2 portions), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for subdivision of Portion A of Remainder Cape Farm 948, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/69/948(L2), subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
