RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the amendment of a condition as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2048 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2048 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. Council’s approval to permit the location of parking bays closer than 10m to the street boundary.
CONDITIONS 2.1.4 and 2.1.5 are amended as follows:
2.1.4 Prior to building plan approval of the place of entertainment and restaurant the structures currently occupying areas shown as open or for parking on plans LUM/33/2048-1 to LUM/33/2048-2 shall be removed.
2.1.5 Prior to building plan approval the place of entertainment and restaurant, the parking bays indicated on plans LUM/33/2048-1 to LUM/33/2048-2 shall be demarcated to the sole cost of the owner/ developer, to the satisfaction of the Commissioner: Transport and Urban Development Authority.
