RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the deletion of title deed condition clauses C.3.(a), (b) and (d), in the subject property’s title deed no. T10300/2016 and T34979/2007, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for the deletion of previous conditions of approval for the subject property BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
c. That the application for the subdivision of the subject property into 2 portions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
Condition 2.4 is amended as follows;
2.4 That building plans be submitted for approval by the authorized official for each subdivided portion, prior to subdivision clearance being granted, in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Development Management Scheme and the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, No 103 of 1977
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and deleted reason 7.3
