a. That the application for the deletion of title deed condition clauses B(b), (c) and (d) in title deed no. T101361/2007 in respect of Erf 195, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for the deletion of previous conditions of approval for Erf 195, Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 subject to the condition stipulated in Annexure A.
c. That the application for a permanent departure to permit the relaxation of the 3.5m street building line to 1.5m in respect of Erf 195, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the condition stipulated in Annexure A.
