RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That the application for consent use in respect of Erf 8887, Parow to permit the operation of a house shop, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C, subject to conditions listed in attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added additional reasons that read as follow:
7.3 Mitigating measures are being imposed in order to lessen any perceived negative impact on the surrounding area
7.4 The application satisfies the desirability criteria contained in Section 99 (3) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
