That an administrative penalty in the amount of R7500 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 284, Philadelphia in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure B.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons as set out below:
1. The extent of the building work contravention is large.
2. The gravity of the building work is serious.
3. The contravention is of long duration.
4. The area does have heritage significance
5. The conduct of the owner is regarded as willful
