RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That the application for subdivision of remainder Erf 20199, Durbanville into Portion A and a Remainder, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the subdivision plan dur20199s2-rev3, dated February 2019, attached Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
APPLICATIONS GRANTED IN TERMS OF SECTION 98 (b) OF THE BY-LAW
1 IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
Subdivision of the property into Portion A (1005m²) and the Remainder (1958m²), as shown on attached Annexure C subject to an amended plan being submitted in which the height servitude and the existing driveway be omitted
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report except reasons 7.1.1 and 7.1.3 which are amended as follows:
7.1.1 The proposed development entails appropriate subdivision in the form of small-scale incremental densification which is regarded as compatible with the character of the surrounding area as discussed in this report.
7.1.3 The zoning remains unchanged and the development rules per the Development Management Scheme are adhered to.
