UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion and amendment of title deed restrictions as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 502, 24 Park Road Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The deletion of conditions of an existing approval relating to a township establishment as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 502, 24 Park Road Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend reason in last bullet point:
The deletion and amendment of the title deed conditions will not result in a greater floor space or building height than that permitted on properties located along Park Avenue
Amend Annexure A:
Condition to be deleted must be corrected to D6(a)
