UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for subdivision of Erf 2170, Green Point into one portion and A Remainder, as shown on the subdivision plan attached as Annexure C2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for the deletion of title deed conditions for Erf 2170, Green Point, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for permanent departures for Erf 2170, Green Point, set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
