Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The removal of the restrictive title deed conditions B.2 and B.3 as set out in Annexure A in respect of erf 224, Melkbosch Strand BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. The rezoning of erf 224, Melkbosch Strand from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to Local Business Zoning 2: (LB2) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A; and

c. City approval in terms of the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning on erf 224, Melkbosch Strand BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
