UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 15 000.00 for the unauthorised land use BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Portion 24 of Farm 21, Cape Farms in accordance with plans SR 19-01-14-1 dated: 14 January 2019, drawn by: Stiana Rencontre of Design-It and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:
6.6 The owner has given his cooperation since being informed of the required applications.
