UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for a departure from the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 1544 and 1545, Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Annexure C.
b. The application for City approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 1544 and 1545, Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.7
Privacy will be impacted but it can be mitigated by imposing an effective condition
Delete reason 7.1.4
Amend Annexure A:
Suitable screening along the north-west boundary (common with erf 1553) shall be implemented prior to building plan approval, to the satisfaction of the authorized official.
