UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application in terms of Section 42(a) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for the rezoning of erf 2071, 4 Fulham Avenue, Hyde Park, Weltevreden Valley from single residential zone 1 to local business zone 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions attached to Annexure A.

b. That the application in terms of Section 42(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 for a permanent departure to permit three (3) on-site parking bays in lieu of six (6); and a combined carriageway crossing of 17.5m wide in lieu of 8m wide, on erf 2071, 4 Fulham Avenue, Hyde Park, Weltevreden Valley BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the drawing attached as Annexure C.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
