That an administrative penalty in the amount of R2500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 and be approved in terms of section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 109332, Cape Town in accordance with plan no 007/03/2018.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
4. The gravity is not serious and the unauthorized use is of a short duration.
