RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for a consent use to permit a place of instruction on Erf 25893, Edgemead, Goodwood, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for permanent departures to permit the relaxation of the 5m street and common boundary building lines to 3m and 3.56m respectively on Erf 25893, Edgemead, Goodwood BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) )(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with site plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
