a. That the application for consent use to permit a freestanding base telecommunication station on erf 6295, Bellville, in accordance with drawing no’s N0:ETO-21-1498, dated 18 May 2015 (sheets 1 to 7), BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for the permanent departure on erf 6295, Bellville, to relax the 5m street boundary building line to 0,0m in accordance with drawing no’s N0:ETO-21-1498, dated 18 May 2015 (sheets 1 to 7), BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
