An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 for the unauthorised land use (ECD centre) and R 100.00 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 12283 Blue Downs BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
