RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for Subdivision of Erf 36, Kenridge, into a Portion (636m²) and a Remainder (1080m²) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, substantially in accordance with plan number 500/001 dated May 2018 attached as Annexure C and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for the Removal of Restrictive Title Conditions E.4.(a) and E.4. (e) of Title deed 18680/2007 relating to Erf 36, Kenridge BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for the Deletion of conditions in respect of an existing approval relating to Erf 36, Kenridge BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Conditions 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 are deleted
