That the application for an administrative penalty in the amount of R2 824 BE DETERMINED In respect of Erf 5813, Bellville, in terms of Section 129 for the unauthorised building work and be approved in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning Amendment By-Law, 2016.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason:
