Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for consolidation of Erven 2486, 2487, 2488, 2489, 2490, 2491 and 2492, Scottsdene in terms of Section 42(f) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Drawing No. SD3 dated 14 February 2018 attached as Annexure C, and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for rezoning of the consolidated erf from General Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Zone 2 in terms of Section 42(a) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Drawing No. SD2 dated September 2018 attached as Annexure D, and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. Regulation departure from the street building line (3.32m in lieu of 4.5m – northern boundary) of the consolidated erf in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Drawing No. SD2 dated September 2018 attached as Annexure D.

d. Regulation departure from the street building line (3.41m in lieu of 4.5m – western boundary) of the consolidated erf in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Drawing No. SD2 dated September 2018 attached as Annexure D.

e. Regulation departure from the street building line (3.03m in lieu of 4.5m – southern boundary) of the consolidated erf in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Drawing No. SD2 dated September 2018 attached as Annexure D.

f. Regulation departure from the street building line (2.03m in lieu of 4.5m – eastern boundary) of the consolidated erf in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with Drawing No. SD2 dated September 2018 attached as Annexure D.

g. Regulation departure relating to parking from 36 bays to 31 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b)of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with Drawing No. SD2 dated September 2018 attached as Annexure D.
