An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 000.00 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 6784, 24 Walter Sisulu Road, Macassar Village, Macassar in accordance with plan no 2018/001-200 Dated 2018-09-04.
