An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 for the unauthorised land use (institution) and building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 5654 Khayelitsha BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)i of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
