a. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 167723 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of a condition of approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 167723 Cape Town at Claremont, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
Additional Condition:
- That the requirements with respect to stormwater management be complied with.
NOTE: Mr. Holden requested that his concern regarding the title deed condition relating to building over the servitude be noted
