Resolution details

RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion of title deed restrictions as contained in the attached Annexure A in respect Erf 597, 24 Ravine Road, Bantry Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.

b. The application for the amendment of restrictive conditions as contained in the attached Annexure A relating to an existing approval in respect of Erf 597, 24 Ravine Road, Bantry Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.

c. The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, of Erf 597, 24 Ravine Road, Bantry Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached in accordance with the plans in Annexure C1.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Add to Annexure A:

- The height of any walls along the east boundary with Ravine Steps be limited to a height of 1.7m and such wall to incorporate palisade fencing.
- A landscape plan shall be provided together with the submission of final buildings plans for the approval of the Director: Development Management.
