The application for rezoning in terms of Section 42(a) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 of remainder erf 158 from general residential zone 1 to general business subzone GB1 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)iii of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
