An administrative penalty in the amount of R 300.00 for the unauthorized land use (house shop) and R0 for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 11938, 11 Mercury Road, Mitchells Plain, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
