UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised construction/engineering work on Erf 3067, 11 Koof Road, Gordon’s Bay.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report, for the following reasons:
1. The gravity of the contravention is considered to be serious
2. A site development plan is crucial to a project of this nature and must be submitted
