An administrative penalty in the amount of R 400.00 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 3345, 4 Cheetah Street, Brandwacht, Macassar in accordance with plan no 010118 Dated 23-01- 2018.
