That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 61232 Lansdowne, in accordance with Plan No 1 of Project No 1661 as reflected on the plan drawn by JZE Architects dated 25 May 2016.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
