a. That the application for Consent for a Place of Instruction on Remainder Erf 37155 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2018 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for Departures as set out in Annexure A on Remainder Erf 37155 Cape Town BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015.
Additional Condition to be added
A maximum of 1 evening function per term (in which a year is divided into 4 terms) shall be permitted on the property. No function shall extend beyond 22H00.
