That an administrative penalty in the amount of R5000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 8330 Fish Hoek, with regard to the illegal building work in the form of a garage on the property as per the plan drawn by Edward Clemence Architects, with drawing number 17/45/02, added 2017-11-30.
