RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for amendment/deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 262 Meadowridge, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for amendment/deletion of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 262 Meadowridge, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. That the application for rezoning of Erf 262 Meadowridge from Single Residential Zone 1 to General Residential Subzone GR2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
d. That the application for consent for a hospital in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme, for Erf 262 Meadowridge, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions as set out in Annexure A.
e. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 262 Meadowridge, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Applications Granted 1.3 (iii) amended as follows:
(iii) Item 137: To permit 9 on-site parking bays in lieu of 14.
