That a R0 (zero) Administrative Penalty BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erven 3495 and 5222 and Remainder Erven 5220 and 713, Eversdal Heights, Durbanville.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reasons 1 which is amended as follows:
1. The Fairmont High School is a Western Cape Government: Public Education Department School and the use of the property is in the public interest
