Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, of Erf 72, 9A Beta Close Camp bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached in accordance with the plans in Annexure C1.

b. The application for a departure to permit vehicular parking area and a pool as set out in Annexure A, of Erf 72, 9A Beta Close Camp bay, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached in accordance with the plans in Annexure C1.

c. The application for approval of Council as set out in Annexure A, Erf 72, 9A Beta Close Camp bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached in accordance with the plans in Annexure C1.

d. The application for an approval of a requirement in terms of the DMS as set out in Annexure A, of Erf 72, 9A Beta Close Camp bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached in accordance with the plans in Annexure C1.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
