UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Consent for a rooftop Telecommunication Base Station as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1603 Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A and in accordance with drawings in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A
2.4 The colour shall be applied to the proposed rooftop antennae that matches the existing building.
