UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty for the unauthorised place of instruction (ECD) in the amount of R 4 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 9357, 9 May Street, Somerset West.
b. An administrative penalty for the unauthorised building work utilised for the place of instruction (ECD) in the amount of R 1 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 9357, 9 May Street, Somerset West.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
