That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 153994 Cape Town at Diep River with regard to the unauthorised patio as per the plan drawn Mike Sexton Architecture numbered 1017/2017, sheet 1, dated August 2017.
