RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
That an administrative penalty of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 176977 Cape Town at Newlands, with regards to the unauthorised wooden deck, carport, staircase and verandah as per the plans with drawing numbers MP 13506/8 dated February 2018 and 13056/9 dated August 2017.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason 6.6 that reads as follows:
6.6 The contravention was willful
