RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 16191 Fish Hoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/35/16191, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 16191 Fish Hoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
CONDITIONS ANNEXURE A
That the word” be “is inserted before the word transferred in condition 2.5.1
2.5.1 Portion 4 must be transferred to the City of Cape Town free of all compensation (including the cost of the land, transfer, surveying, conveyancing, etc). Portion 4 may not be left as a Remainder.
