RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for a consent use to permit a Place of Instruction on Erf 2219, Eversdal BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for departures in order to permit a Place of Instruction on Erf 2219 Eversdal BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and agreed to add:
The proposal is Policy compliant and meets the desirability criteria set out in Section 99(3) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
