That the application for regulation departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, to permit the fire escape staircase on erf 22144 Kraaifontein to be setback 2.0m and 0.32m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundary BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
