RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for a consent use to permit a place of Instruction on Erf 1459, Eversdale, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for regulation departure in terms of Section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, to permit the proposed toilet to be setback 1.430m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundary, in respect of Erf 1459 Eversdale, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons in the Planner’s report and agreed to delete reason 7.1.1.
Amend numbering accordingly.
