That an administrative penalty in the amount of R30 000 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 1188 Schaapkraal.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report, except reason 6.1 which is amended as follows:
6.1. Portions of the store, tool store, tool shade area and bachelor units contravene the Development Management Scheme
