RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for Consent Use to permit the operation of a house shop on Erf 2903 Pelikan Park BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015 in accordance with the plan attached hereto as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Additional condition:
2.9 In the event of a parking departure being required that such application be submitted and approved prior to exercising the house shop approval.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report.
