That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 7675, Fish Hoek, for the retaining wall as shown on the plan drawn by Stephen Attenborough with drawing number JD/7675 dated 2017-05-24.
