RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the consolidation of Erf 86666 and Erf 86667 Cape Town at Muizenberg, as per the plan of consolidation LUM/00/86666, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.
b. That the application for consent to permit a place of instruction in terms of Item 40(b) of the Development Management Scheme, for Erf 86666 and Erf 86667 Cape Town at Muizenberg, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.
c. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 86666 and Erf 86667 Cape Town at Muizenberg, BE APPROVED in terms of 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
