That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 79913 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Additional Condition:
- That architectural elements be introduced on the street façade to minimize the visual impact of the blank wall on Gemini way.
