RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the amendment/deletion of conditions of an existing approval, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for the amendment of a plan of subdivision to replace plan LUM/16/425 with plan LUM/16/425/A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report, except reason 7.1.1which is amended as follows:
7.1.1 The proposal will not have a negative socio-economic impact.
