That an administrative penalty in the amount of R1200.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised building work on Erf 177043 Cape Town at Newlands, in relation to the window as shown on the plan drawn with drawing number MP 13059/6 dated 6 September 2017.
